According to the NWMLS, the weather is not the only thing that is hot right now. In June, there were over 11,000 pending sales in Western Washington. That is the highest volume since August of 2005.
The average price for single family homes is up 13.6% since January. Low inventory has led to competitive bidding and a search for homes further and further north.
